$5K–$10K monthly retainer + 0.5–1% equity

Protect the company's intellectual property and ensure compliance across biotech, blockchain, and data-privacy domains.

Responsibilities

• •File non-provisional + PCT patents, manage trademarks.
• •Draft NDAs, SAFE agreements, and licensing contracts.
• •Advise on HIPAA, GDPR, and AI Act compliance.
• •Coordinate with founders and outside counsel on structure and grants.

Qualifications

• •USPTO-registered biotech or software patent attorney.
• •Proven experience in dual-use tech (biotech + digital).
• •Strong familiarity with international filings and licensing.
