Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of your biological data at all times.
Enigma Genetics acts solely as a custodian and facilitator. We do not own, license, or have any proprietary rights to your genetic information, health records, or any other biological data you upload to our platform.
Any sharing of your data with third parties requires your explicit, informed consent, which you can revoke at any time. Revocation takes effect immediately and cannot be overridden.

User Responsibilities
As a user, you agree to:
Provide accurate information during registration
Maintain the security of your encryption keys and account credentials
Use the platform only for lawful purposes
Only upload data that belongs to you or for which you have proper authorization
Prohibited Uses
Using the platform for any illegal activity
Attempting to reverse engineer our cryptographic systems
Uploading biological data belonging to others without authorization
Misrepresenting your identity or the source of data

Limitation of Liability
Enigma Genetics is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform. This includes, but is not limited to, damages resulting from loss of encryption keys, unauthorized access due to user negligence, or third-party actions outside our control.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service. Material changes will be communicated via email and platform notifications at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
