Chief Technology Officer (CTO) / Lead Systems Architect

$180K–$230K base or $100K + 1.5–3.5% equity

Enigma Genetics™ is building the world's first self-sovereign genetic identity and epigenetic restoration platform. The CTO will own the technical blueprint connecting our five proprietary modules—Cypherglyph™, GeneVault™, Unifacator™, SignaChain™, and OmniMind™—into a unified, secure architecture.

Responsibilities

• •Define system architecture, tech stack, and security model.
• •Lead MVP build of Cypherglyph™ generator, GeneVault™ cloud, and Unifacator™ biometric app.
• •Manage blockchain, AI, and full-stack teams.
• •Oversee encryption standards (AES-256-GCM, post-quantum).
• •Coordinate with legal/IP and scientific partners.

Qualifications

• •10+ yrs software or systems engineering; prior startup or health-tech leadership.
• •Deep understanding of distributed systems, encryption, and DevOps.
• •Background in genomics or privacy-centric data systems preferred.
• •Strong communication and documentation discipline.
